Fast and Secure Delivery:
All printing and shipping is handled by The Print Space in London. Prints will be shipped worldwide from their UK Studios. 
 
Standard Flat Rate worldwide shipping is free of charge and typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. Please note that while shipping is free of charge, you will be responsible for any local tax duties. 
 
Prints are shipped in either a reinforced packaging tube or crumble proof packaging to ensure damage-free delivery.  
 
Delivery Time: Orders usually ship out within 72-hours of your purchase, and will usually arrive within 7-15 business days depending of course, on your location!
 
Estimated Average Shipping Times
  • Europe: 3-5 Business Days
  • USA & Canada: 7-10 Business Days
  • Rest of the World: Up to 15 Business Days
 
COVID-19 Delays:
With slower than usual services around the world due to the current pandemic there may be a chance that your order takes slightly longer to arrive, up to 15 days for the longest delivery routes. Rest assured I will do everything in my power to get the print sent out in the safest and most efficient manner possible. In the unfortunate event that you haven't received your package after 15 days, please contact andrew@acuriousape.com and I will investigate where your shipment is.
 
Sustainability Measures and Carbon Neutral Print Process: 
I am very proud to say that my prints are sustainably packaged and carbon neutral from end-to-end of the production cycle. This was only made possible by the amazing efforts of my print studio partner The Print Space UK, who has worked incredibly hard to carefully inspect every stage of their printing and shipping process. My photographs are printed on Baryta Photographique II by Canson Infinity, 310 gr/m2 Luxe Photographic Paper. This paper has light gloss, rich colors and vivid contrast, and substantial weight and thickness.
 
100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not satisfied I will happily replace your print order after the old one has been torn up and recycled.
 
All prints are standard ratios for easy, universal framing options. I can provide you recommendations for larger prints regarding where to acquire UV museum quality acrylic glass and custom frames at an affordable price.
 
Exchanges & Returns: 
I am truly confident that you will love your print(s). They will stand the test of time and be a statement piece for your home or office. Straight refunds are not accepted as these are limited edition prints, however in the event that you'd like to exchange your print for a different one of equal value, you'll have 15 days to contact me from the date of delivery to arrange the exchange. You'll just need to cover the shipping charge.
 
The print tube shipping packaging are extremely tough and are capable of surviving the roughest of shipping journeys, however in the rare event that your print arrives with any kind of damage, I will gladly replace it for you completely free of charge. I will need to have video or photo evidence of the art work destroyed then recycled in order to process your replacement.
 
In order for this to happen, just send an email with an image of the package, print and certificate of authenticity as well as the order number to andrew@acuriousape.com and I will get the replacement arranged for you right away.
 
I will happily cover the return shipping for any damaged orders and the subsequent replacement print. My goal is to make you 100% satisfied.

Certificates of Authenticity & Edition Numbers:
Each photograph has a limited edition quantity in each size. You can see detailed information about the editions on the product pages. Once the prints sell out in each size and edition, they will never be available again.
 
Each print comes with a unique certificate of authenticity with my signature.
It provides the name of the image, the edition number, production date, certificate number and a hologram authentication patch that is matched by a unique number on both the print and certificate.
